Stadium Policies
Will Call Booths
Picture identification is required for picking up tickets at the Will Call Booth. There are two booths. One is located outside Gate A and the other Gate B. The Will Call Booths open at noon on the day of the game. Only tickets to that day’s game may be picked up at that time.
Re-Entry
There is no re-entry to the stadium once you have left the game.
Prohibited Items
The following are not slowed: backpacks, handbags or any other such pack or bag measuring larger than 14”x14”, cans, glass bottles or thermoses, coolers, alcoholic beverages, banners, signs, noisemakers of any kind, umbrellas, beach balls, soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, large still cameras, video cameras, narcotics, firearms, explosives or any other weapons. Under its authority, the Rose Bowl Stadium will prohibit any of these items or any other items deemed to be a security risk. Patrons will be required to check the items or return them to their vehicles.
Fan Code of Conduct
Stadium enforces a strict Fan Code of Conduct that is dedicated to ensuring that all fans may enjoy the game in a enjoyable, safe and comfortable manner. They are committed to providing fans with the best possible experience. The following code of conduct is adhered to:
- The game day experience may be enjoyed by fans free from obscene or abusive gestures, language or behavior.
- The game and its associated activities will not be disrupted by actions by fans or by unauthorized persons coming onto the playing field or into restricted stadium areas.
- Fans are to sit in the seat location that corresponds to the location on their ticket.
- All staff and personnel at the Rose Bowl will treat fans in a professional and courteous manner.
- The Rose Bowl and the Rose Bowl Stadium reserve the right to ejection without refund any fan who does not follow the code of conduct and if in violation of city ordinances or other laws, said fans may be subject to arrest and prosecution.
Security Measures
Security will conduct searches at the entry gates. These searches include the inspection of all items that are to be brought into the venue. Metal detectors, wand searches or “pat down” searches may be utilized. Gates open at noon and fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delay in entering the stadium. Express lanes are available for those not carrying in additional items. The parking areas are also subject to search and inspection by law enforcement personnel.
Stadium Entry Gates
The Rose Bowl Game has eight gates through which fans may enter the stadium. They are designated as Gates A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and N (North). To expedite entry, fans should enter via the gate on their ticket.
Stadium and Ticket Seating Facts
There are 77 numbered rows in the stadium. The lettered rows begin below Row 1, starting with Row “A” and descending down. The tunnel enters the stadium at Row 27. Each section is divided between low (seats 1, 2, 3, etc.) and high (seats 101, 102, 103, etc.) seating. If you are standing in the tunnel mouth facing the playing field, the low seats are to your left and the high seats are to your right.
Locations for Stadium Services
Customer Service: Fans in need of assistance should contact the nearest usher or should go to the customer service offices located inside the stadium at Tunnel 28 and the entrance to the press box. A customer service booth is also located at the Rose Bowl Stadium Will Call booth, outside of Gate “B.”
First Aid
Located in the Public Safety building, across from Tunnel 28 and south of Gate B.
ATMs
There are numerous ATMs in the Rose Bowl Stadium. They are located on the concourse at Tunnels 1, 3, 6, 17, 20 and 23 and at the Rose Bowl Stadium Will Call booth, outside of Gate B.
Checked Items
Items that are checked will be stored at the booth outside of Gate C and may be picked up when you leave the stadium
Tag-A-Kid Program
Free ID bracelets for children are available at the Rose Bowl customer service offices, located at Tunnel 28 and the entrance to the press box Bracelets contain the following information: your child’s name and seat location; this will allow the staff to ensure your child is returned to the proper location.
Disabled Seating, Parking and Entry
Disabled fans should request seating in the ADA area when purchasing their tickets. One companion ticket may be purchased for a seat beside each accessible seat. Parking for disabled fans is located adjacent to the Rose Bowl Stadium in Lots F, B and D.
Drop-off area for disabled guests is available in Lot “B.” Guests who are disabled may enter through any of the eight stadium entry gates. Please ask a gate supervisor for assistance. Upon request, fans may utilize assistive listening devices. Please contact the Rose Bowl Stadium Administrative Offices at Tunnel 28 for additional information.
